The room had a very fresh smell upon entry. The location proved ideal, offering easy access to the stadium. I also appreciated the off-street parking right outside. Staff communicated well prior to check in.
The towels felt slightly thin and had a musty smell when wet perhaps they were not fully dried.

subway stationself serve breakfast
the room was big. it was about a block from the subway station, so transport into the city was easy. breakfast was self serve, left in the kitchen unit.
i never saw a member of staff during my entire stay, phone contact was the only option.

faulty toilet seatslow drain
the toilet seat was not properly installed it did not sit securely. i also found the shower drained slowly leaving stagnant water after turning off the faucet i think the sink too had a slow drain
